At Z SUPPLY, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
